Shannon has spent years being shaped by the Lord for the work of planting Covenant Church. He loves Christ, treasures God’s Word, and is passionate about seeing God’s people shepherded faithfully. A longtime servant in the St. Cloud community, he spent 23 years in Osceola County public education as a teacher, dean, and assistant principal, serving at St. Cloud Middle School, Thacker Avenue Elementary, Neptune Elementary, and Osceola Technical College. Shannon and his wife, Millie, both serve with Pioneers in support of global missions, and Shannon also serves as a missionary church planter with the North American Mission Board and Send Network. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Music Education from the University of South Florida, a Master of Arts in Biblical Studies from Reformed Theological Seminary, and a Master of Education in Educational Leadership from the American College of Education. With decades of experience in education, missions, and church planting, he brings theological depth, practical leadership, and a deep love for Christ and His church to the work of planting Covenant Church.
